Gandhi Jayanti Celebration at Hello Kids Flamingo Preschool

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration at Hello Kids Flamingo Preschool Celebrating the Values of Mahatma Gandhi Through Creativity and Learning At Hello Kids Flamingo Preschool, Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated as a meaningful learning experience that introduced children to the life and values of Mahatma Gandhi in a simple, engaging and age-appropriate way. The celebration encouraged children to understand important values such as truth, peace, kindness, cleanliness and non-violence. Through creative activities, children explored Gandhi Ji’s message while expressing their understanding through art. As part of the activity, our young learners created beautiful “Values of Gandhi” tree artwork, with each leaf representing positive thoughts and values. This hands-on activity helped children connect classroom learning with important values that can be practised in everyday life. The celebration also provided an opportunity for children to learn about Gandhi Jayanti and the contribution of Mahatma Gandhi to India’s freedom movement, while developing creativity, participation and social awareness. At Hello Kids Flamingo Preschool, Malad West, we believe that early education goes beyond academics. Meaningful celebrations and experiential activities help children develop good values, confidence, creativity and responsible habits from an early age.
