The Colour Day Celebration at Hello Kids Flamingo Preschool was a vibrant and joyful event filled with learning, creativity, and excitement. The day was specially planned to help children recognize, identify, and enjoy colours through fun-filled activities and interactive experiences.
Children came dressed in colourful outfits, transforming the school campus into a lively and cheerful space. Each class explored colours through age-appropriate activities such as colour sorting, colouring worksheets, art and craft, music, and movement. These activities helped strengthen visual recognition, fine motor skills, and early cognitive development.
For Playgroup children, Colour Day focused on sensory exploration—touching, seeing, and naming colours. Junior KG students participated in creative activities that encouraged expression and imagination, while Senior KG children confidently identified colours and related them to objects in their surroundings.
Colour Day celebrations also support language development as children learn new vocabulary and express their observations. Group activities promoted social interaction, sharing, and cooperation, making learning both meaningful and enjoyable.
